North American Construction Group is hiring Finish Dozer Operators to work at their Fort Hills site near Fort McMurray. This fly-in/fly-out camp-based role offers strong pay, union benefits, and stable long-term work in the heart of the oil sands. Ideal for experienced operators with finishing skills on large dozers and a strong safety focus.

- PPE provided (boots not included)
- Significant overtime potential
- 3+ years as a Finish Dozer Operator
- Experience with D3–D8 (or larger), road/corridor work, and muskeg conditions
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- CSO or BSO
- Silica, Wildlife, H2S, and OHS Alberta awareness certifications
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screening and drug/alcohol tests
