- Managing a variety of improvement projects at a time
- Identifying improvement initiatives
- Audits on current processes
- Data analysis and documenting processes
- Training staff on new procedures
- 1+ years of experience involving process improvements in a manufacturing environment
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Post-secondary completion
- Analytical mindset and data driven
- Project management skills
- Collaborative, trainable, team player
- 60K - 75K annually
- Full time in-office in Abbotsford
- Joining a team of 3

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
