Description
We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Consultant to work with our Dealerships in the Eastern Ontario territory: East of Toronto to Kingston.
As a key member of the team, you will provide strategic consulting services and sales development strategies by promote iA's innovative insurance products and programs to dealerships within your assigned area. You will work closely with Dealer Principals, General Managers, General Sales Managers and Financial Service Managers and act a liaison by developing and building strong relationships in order to to drive business office performance and expand iA market share in the territory.
Key responsibilities include:

Key responsibilities include:
- Consultation with dealers as outlined in IA’s LEAN methods
- Sales and representation of the IA products and programs
- Provide individual in-house Financial Service Managers training
- Dealer computer system support
- Identifies new dealership partnerships in order to expand iA market share.
- Internal administration (as outlined in comprehensive consultant position profile)
- Strong relationship building and sales skills
- Strong business analytics and critical thinking skills
- Passion and a proven track record of promoting an extensive line of automotive/RV/marine finance and insurance products, such as creditor insurance, extended service contracts and chemical appearance products
- Training skills basic sales fundamentals (in relation to our product offering)
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the automotive/RV industry
- 3-5 years of professional automotive/RV sales management or financial services management experience with successful track record.
