Bullet Trade Services is the largest, non-union industrial service provider in the province, offering Millwrighting, Electrical, Welding and Fabrication services to our customers across Southwestern Ontario. We’re looking for an additional Project Manager/Estimator to join our team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-trade environment and is ready to take ownership of new and challenging projects.

The Role:
- Manage current customer maintenance and project needs, and anticipate future requirements
- Develop and manage new customer relationships
- Prepare estimates, budgets, quotations, and cost projections
- Plan and manage projects
- Prepare job tool lists, coordinate site equipment and manage subcontractors
- Attend job walks and project launch meetings with customers and maintenance teams to ensure effective project launches
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
- Respond to customer inquiries, breakdowns, and manpower support requests
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- 3-5 years of mechanical project management experience in a multi-trade environment (i.e. millwrighting, fabrication, equipment moving, pipe fitting)
- Ideal candidate is a licenced millwright, although not a requirement
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean record
- Willing to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario
- Open to learning new software and mobile applications
- Competent with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using CRM tools
