Whether our clients are looking at greenfield construction or retrofitting an existing facility, we have the in-house expertise to take their project from vision to reality.


To add to this expertise, we are recruiting for a Director, Sales & Marketing, to join our collaborative and team focused organization.

As our Director, Sales & Marketing, you will identify and expand sales opportunities in both existing and new markets. This includes driving corporate growth by building strong relationships with our clients and enhancing the company’s marketing presence to boost sales leads and overall revenue.


Position Overview:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to meet business unit objectives.
  • Execute structured sales strategies.
  • Support corporate sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Build a marketing presence within the organization.
  • Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of prospects to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and communicate sales performance, new business sourcing and revenue growth to senior leadership.
  • Remain up to date on industry trends and overall economic conditions.


Qualifications Needed:

  • Strong customer relationship skills with a keen ability to understand and meet client needs.
  • B. Comm., P. Eng. Or equivalent experience and qualifications a definite asset.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage sales and marketing teams with a clear, goal-oriented approach.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong professional communicator that pays attention to detail and displays a high level of interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates strong computer skills and is proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Must be available to travel.
