Senior Program Manager

On behalf of our enterprise client, Affinity is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi-project application programs that drive enterprise technology strategy and transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
• Coordinate related application projects to maximize integration, reduce risk, and optimize resource usage across functional areas.
• Resolve cross-project dependencies, drive governance, and manage program-level risks and change across the application portfolio.
• Oversee full program lifecycle: planning, status reporting, scope, budget, and resource management for all application-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical leads, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver application solutions, including COTS and custom builds.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise frameworks (PMBOK, Prince2, SDLC, SAP ASAP) and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Prepare and deliver steering committee updates, program documentation, and post-implementation reviews for all application efforts.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of senior-level program/project management experience focused on application delivery.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in application systems design, development, and integration.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related discipline.
• PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, and Prosci ADKAR certifications.
• Proven experience managing enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle ERP, AMI, or other large COTS platforms.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and drive strategic alignment.
• Deep knowledge of application lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and change management within large enterprise environments
• Experience working in large complex enterprise environment specifically, municipalities, government or public sector organizations.
  
  

Pay range for this position ranges anywhere between $105-130/hr
