- Making smoothies and preparing orders for customers in Starbucks alongside the team
- Maintain inventory and replenish supplies
- Clean and sanitize equipment and café areas
- Reviewing time off requests, vacation days and prepare Café Associate schedules
- Assist with recruitment and selection of all new Café Associates
- Conduct new hire training
- Plan and host team meetings
- Inspect what you're expecting from the team to ensure standards are being met
- 3+ years in the customer service industry
- At least 1+ year in the food and beverage industry as a Supervisor
- Barista experience is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education relating to the health and fitness industry and additional certifications or workshops relating to customer service are an asset.
- All management/leadership team members are required to have Standard First Aid and CPR – Level C Certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment. CPR is to be renewed annually.
- All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
