McNally Contractors is hiring Asphalt Plant Operators to support their growing construction projects in Lethbridge. This is a hands-on role involving asphalt production, equipment operation, and daily maintenance tasks. They’re looking for safety-conscious professionals who thrive in fast-paced outdoor environments. Ideal candidates are team-oriented and ready to take on physically demanding work.

- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs regularly

- Experience operating skid steer and rubber tire loader
- Familiarity with load out scales and basic electrical systems
- Basic computer skills
