Do you have call center or customer service experience and love helping people in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? Our client is growing and looking for talented professionals to join our call center team supporting wireless device services for leading clients!


·        1 in Brampton, Ontario

·        2 in Calgary, Alberta

Note: These are on-site roles – remote work is not available.


About the Role

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our client who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to providing exceptional service to corporate and government clients. In this role, you’ll support wireless device fulfillment, provide technical assistance, and build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

·       Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally

·       Process and fulfill wireless device orders with accuracy

·       Coordinate same-day shipping and resolve logistical issues

·       Collaborate with internal teams and Rogers Communications for service delivery

·       Provide technical and product support (training provided)

·       Complete administrative tasks: record-keeping, scheduling, and documentation review

·       Support on-site device deployment as needed

·       Handle escalations with a customer-first mindset


Qualifications & Experience

Required

·       High school diploma or equivalent

·       3+ years of customer service experience

·       Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

·       Comfortable using Windows, internet tools, and mobile devices

·       Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

·       Able to work independently and as part of a team

·       Dependable and punctual

·       Clear Background Record


Bonus - nice to have:

·        Experience in telecommunications or tech support

·        Bilingual French (an asset)

·        Familiarity with MDM (Mobile Device Management) systems

·        Experience with multi-line phone systems (to be confirmed)


Schedule & Salary

·       Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM (to be confirmed)

·       Location: On-site in Brampton, ON

·       Salary: $35,000 – $39,000 annually

·       Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

·       Start Date: Targeting hires before month-end
