- Represent the SVP with professionalism in interactions across all levels of the organization, handling sensitive topics with discretion and care
- Work closely with other EAs and team members to align priorities, coordinate across stakeholders, and help improve how the team operates
- 4–6+ years supporting senior leaders, with a track record of building trust and keeping complex schedules and priorities in sync
- Strong communication skills—clear, confident writing and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and formats
- Demonstrated experience planning team events, coordinating engagement initiatives, or fostering team culture across regions
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once, especially those involving cross-functional collaboration
- High emotional intelligence—discreet, approachable, and skilled at navigating sensitive or nuanced situations
- Proficient with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Slack, Teams, SharePoint)
- Willing and able to travel for occasional team events or leadership offsites
- You anticipate needs before they arise, solve problems before they escalate, and constantly look for ways to improve how the team works
- You thrive in people-focused roles, build strong relationships across teams and time zones, and bring energy to team culture and engagement
- You write clearly, speak confidently, and adapt your tone and message to different audiences—from polished team-wide updates to informal coordination
