- 10+ years of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk, with a focus on corporate/commercial transactions.
- Deep knowledge of business purchases/sales, corporate reorganizations, and professional corporations.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with legal software like Appara is a plus.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for excellence.
