About The Role
Our Aged Care Services – Hamilton has an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our innovative and committed Aged Care Services team at The Grange and The Birches
We are looking for Registered Nurses with experience in, or desire to expand their knowledge of, dementia management and a passion for providing quality dementia care in order to shape a Montessori community. Applicants will be committed to gaining an understanding of living with dementia and apply the Montessori approach to aspects of service delivery including the 12 principles.
Previous experience in aged care, computer skills and an understanding of the AN-ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards are highly desirable. The suitable candidates will have the ability to work flexible shifts and weekends.
You Will Bring
The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check and will be required to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check. All successful applicants are to comply with WDHS immunisation and vaccination requirements.
