Under the supervision of the Quality Director, the role involves leading multiple industrial projects, ensuring the interpretation and implementation of quality standards. The individual guides site management personnel towards achieving corporate quality objectives and intervenes quickly in case of risks. They train and support staff on quality aspects, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of operations.

Leadership And Guidance

What You Will Do

  • Leading multiple industrial projects, ensuring the interpretation, guidance, and implementation of quality management, assurance, and control standards in line with corporate practices and objectives.

Quality Objectives

  • Guide site management personnel towards achieving corporate quality objectives, ensuring the involvement of all stakeholders on industrial projects.

Quality Plan Implementation

  • Ensure understanding and application of the quality plan on industrial sites, including systems, processes, and policies. Communication: Maintain effective and regular communication with industrial construction counterparts to ensure constant contact.

Expert Advice And Continuous Improvement

  • Act as a consultant to quality personnel assigned to industrial projects and participate in continuous improvement of operations.

Project Initiation And Documentation

  • Participate in industrial project kick-off meetings to identify quality-related risks, ensure adequate personnel and tools for quality program implementation, and support designated personnel in producing required documentation.

Inspections And Compliance

  • Conduct and coordinate inspections, validate quality requirements before issuing plans and specifications, and ensure quality requirements are included before issuing tenders for industrial projects.

Training And Support

  • Coach, train, and support identified personnel on quality aspects, ensure subcontractors understand and deliver compliant work, and intervene quickly with the project team when risks arise on industrial projects.

This role could be for you if you have

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or technical diploma in construction engineering, industrial engineering, or architecture.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industrial construction field and quality management on industrial projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software.
  • Be bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Mobility: Have geographical mobility.
  • Demonstrate initiative, judgment, and proactive behavior.
  • Possess communication skills and demonstrate creativity.
