What You’ll Do:

As our Inside Sales Support Representative, you’ll:

• Discover and Qualify Leads: Identify and connect with potential clients using disciplined and professional sales processes.
• Deliver Value-Driven Solutions: Conduct calls to understand customer needs and propose innovative HVAC solutions.
• Support the Sales Team: Book appointments for PM Hunters and Account Managers.
• Network for Success: Represent us at industry events and expand business opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Passion for sales with confidence in cold calling.
