Days, 8 and 12 hour shifts.

- Certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario;
- Master degree in Nursing;
- Current certification/licensure as a Nurse Practitioner RN(EC);
- Experience in working independently within an interdisciplinary team;
- Minimum five (5) years nursing experience;
- Member of RNAO and NPAO;
- Experience in Chronic Disease Management;
- Experience with Bariatric Surgery and/or surgical patient;
- Demonstrated organizational, conceptual and leadership skills;
- Demonstrated advanced practice skills and competence in interpersonal relationships, problem solving, collaboration and innovation;
- Effective and concise communication, both orally and in writing;
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Nursing experience in an Acute Care Environment;
- Experience in Weight Management Strategies and the treatment for Obesity;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
