Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate business needs for digital health solutions.
- Document as-is and to-be business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures using business process modeling notation (BPMN) or similar frameworks.
- Develop functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and gap analyses to support solution development.
- Translate business needs into user stories and manage them using Jira (or similar backlog management tools).
- Define and document an operational framework to support system adoption and ongoing program delivery.
- Support change management efforts by contributing to training materials, user guides, and reference tools.
- Participate in the planning, coordination, execution, and management of day-to-day activities associated with each of the PM’s functional areas of accountability.
- Ensure integration of project management activities with the master project plan and across multiple work streams.
- Participate in the design of test cases, testing of applications, and integration testing by following test scripts and reporting bugs as necessary.
- Develop, maintain, monitor, and adjust project and resource plans to align with the master project plan and evolving project situations.
- Provide oversight and guidance to project team members to ensure accountability and clear work plans.
- Track and monitor project progress, deliverables, and milestones according to the project plan and reporting cadence.
- Implement effective processes to assess project risks, identify mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of risks and issues using established processes.
- Maintain ongoing support for initiatives from project sponsors and user groups, keeping stakeholders informed of project status.
- Assist with maintaining project artifacts including project plans, risks and issues logs, action items, and decision logs.
- Ensure transparent, data-driven project reporting aligned with project plan, deliverables, and milestones.
- Perform other duties as directed by the project manager’s direct line manager.
Qualifications:
- A University degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on healthcare-related digital transformation projects.
- Experience in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, business process mapping, Agile methodologies, and managing product backlogs using Jira or similar tools.
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in Healthcare with a focus on IT systems and operational support.
