What Will You Do?

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Identify, target, and engage key decision-makers from small to enterprise SaaS accounts
  • Lead and manage onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales and customer success teams
  • Partner with leadership to implement scalable enablement processes across the GTM organization
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to refine messaging and positioning
  • Act as a subject matter expert for both internal teams and external prospects
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track performance metrics and improve pipeline visibility

What Do You Bring?

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales enablement, or training roles within the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills with experience delivering training to sales teams
  • Solid understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer journeys, and key performance metrics
  • Experience with CRM and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Highspot)
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization
