About This Opportunity
FOCUS Assessments is looking for a candidate who is a quick learner and highly organized, with excellent computer skills, to work as an Administrative Assistant in our Quality Assurance department.
This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager.
Our Quality Assurance team works with our Independent Regulated Health Professionals to ensure their reports are received in a timely manner and become ready to be sent to the Referral Source. The Administrative Assistant on our QA team will support the Analysts and be responsible for the creation of Document Lists to be added to IME reports within the timelines prescribed.

About This Opportunity

- Receives Draft Reports and assigns Quality Assurance Analyst/Report Reviewer, when required to support QA team
- Organizes Quality Assurance Analysts/Report Reviewer assignments through worklists to ensure appropriate distribution of workload by experience and assessment type, when required to support QA team
- Issues Reports to Referral Source and updates Referral Management System (Smart Simple) maintaining privacy and security, when required to support QA team
- Status Check for all Assessment Reports from Assessors for timely submission of reports and regular follow up with all assessors
- Provides Copy of Final Report to Assessor after reports are sent to the Referral Source
- Medical office or related experience/knowledge of independent medical assessments an asset (but not mandatory)
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Demonstrates ability to work in fast paced environment, with multiple ongoing tasks and strict timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High efficiency in computer skills (Microsoft 365, which includes Outlook, Word, Excel)
