AI Engineer

We are experiencing significant growth and require the talents of an AI Engineer to help improve our product & processes through advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the Four Eyes Intelligent Compliance Platform, applying AI/ML solutions to real-world data problems, and collaborate cross-functionally in an agile environment.

Candidate must be located in New Brunswick.

Focus Areas

AI/ML Model Development: Contribute to the platform’s growing AI feature set.

• Build, train, and deploy reliable and scalable machine learning models, using Python and Python Frameworks.
• Design data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI model training and inference.
• Ensure data integrity through preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Stay current with AI advancements and cost optimization techniques to bring new ideas to the team.
  
  

Leadership & Mentorship: Effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Participate in sprint planning, peer code reviews, and architectural discussions.
• Contribute to a fast-paced team solving complex business challenges with AI, ensuring alignment with product and project goals.
• Document model development and decision-making processes clearly.
• Support team members in learning best practices in AI development.
• Contribute to a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
  
  

Qualifications

• A graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent knowledge/experience, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in software and AI/ML development.
• Proven experience building, training, and deploying supervised & unsupervised machine learning models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech or regulatory/compliance-driven environments.
