Required Experience

• 3–5 years experience in an IT analyst role
• Team lead experience
• Experience working with ServiceNow
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or commerce and 3–5 years of experience or equivalent combination
• Strong facilitation and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance
• Confident communicator who builds strong partnerships
• Team player who embraces change and process improvement
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating great products

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead and support initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders while managing and improving IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and resolve stories in Jira
• Manage corporate forms lifecycle (creation, release, discontinuation)
• Evaluate and develop business requirements
• Ensure development follows standards and is easy to maintain
• Manage incidents and enhancement requests
• Document and execute acceptance tests for user stories
• Provide support and guidance to team members
• Analyze and respond to incidents
• Facilitate problem-solving with business and IT teams
• Ensure high-quality solutions prior to product releases
