Job Purpose
The Marketing Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team to execute effective campaigns and initiatives. This position focuses on coordination, research, and ensuring the seamless delivery of marketing projects that align with our mission and values.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team in organizing and maintaining various campaigns, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Use project management tools to participate in and manage marketing initiatives, facilitating smooth communication and task tracking.
- Assist in conducting market research, gathering insights, and preparing comprehensive reports to guide strategy.
- Enhance the organization's success and reputation by completing ad hoc requests, exploring opportunities, and contributing to process improvements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the marketing team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities.
