What you will do:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our Marketing and Sales team by ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and execution of marketing strategies.
This position is essential in maintaining the voice and image of our brands, collaborating with internal and external teams, and managing marketing projects from conception to completion.

What you will do:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our Marketing and Sales team by ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and execution of marketing strategies.
This position is essential in maintaining the voice and image of our brands, collaborating with internal and external teams, and managing marketing projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met;
- Act as liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure project alignment and cohesive communication;
- Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items;
- Assist in the development and evaluation of marketing strategies by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, and organizing promotional presentations;
- Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and relevancy;
- Oversee the production and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items;
- Create and manage tasks in ClickUp, ensuring clarity in deadlines and priorities;
- Oversee workflows, set up automation, and track progress to enhance project efficiency;
- Enter and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately in the system, ensuring all details are correct and aligned with project requirements;
- Track and monitor billing associated with marketing projects, ensuring invoices are received, processed, and matched with POs;
- Coordinate with vendors and internal finance teams to resolve any discrepancies in billing and ensure timely payment;
- Minimum of College degree in Marketing, business or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role ;
- Experience using ClickUp or other project management tools;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Bilingualism essential (French and English) to support our operations outside of Quebec;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mind and attention to details;
- Good judgment and autonomy;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems;
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
