Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Maple Ridge, BC. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure compliance with production schedules, manage production teams, and maintain production quality standards. The role involves coordinating with other departments to optimize production processes, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science background, or equivalent with pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical / nutraceutical or similar type manufacturing industry. 
• Strong mathematics and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of GMP (good manufacturing process), SOP (standard operating procedures), Quality Standards, and Health & Safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and personnel supervision skills
• Knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.

Salary Range:$70,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually as per experience
