Junior Customer Service
This is a newly added, vacant position. Hiring 1 position.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties for customer service representatives
· Enter data into SalesForce, SharePoint and/or other database applications
· Clerical duties such as filing and printing of sales orders or other required paperwork
· Perform a variety of administrative duties
· Checking and advising customer service representatives of current stock levels, as needed
· Prepare Basic quote preparation and presentation utilizing price list and Smart Quote
· Order placement, setup and processing in Syacc
· Expedited orders, updating as required
· Coordinate rush deliveries with production, purchasing and export
· Undertake other tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
· Excellent Customer Service Skills and customer focus
· Must be able to react to change productively
· Clear communicator with the ability to speak effectively and professionally to employees of the organization and customers/distributors
· Ability to solve practical problems
· Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, Database applications
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Strong organizational skills
· Requires good judgment and a professional demeanor

None
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear. This employee is also subjected to continual computer use.
Working Conditions
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is subject to the conditions of an office environment most of the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually low.
Minimum Qualifications
Grade 12+
1 - 2 years’ experience in a customer service/administrative role
Experience with Salesforce is an asset
