What You'll Do

  • Lead a High-Impact Team: Set a high-performance standard across a diverse team of change professionals, driving delivery excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Drive Strategic Delivery: Ensure the foundations are in place across people, culture and process to enable the successful execution of major transformation initiatives, delivering measurable outcomes aligned to enterprise strategic priorities.
  • Instill a Culture of Excellence: Build and embed a culture of continuous improvement, high accountability, and execution discipline across all delivery roles.
  • Develop and Scale Talent: Drive team development, succession planning, and capability building to create a sustainable, high-performing transformation community.
  • Strengthen Delivery Capability: Evolve the talent base, tools, frameworks, and governance models to support enterprise-wide, scalable, and reliable change delivery.
  • Act as a Senior Steward of Risk: Own the identification, escalation, and proactive management of delivery risks across the portfolio.
  • Shape Enterprise Strategy: Provide strategic insight and challenge at the portfolio level, influencing prioritization decisions and enterprise investment choices.
  • Lead Transformation Communications: Direct the development and coordination of all communications supporting the Transformation agenda, working closely with the central Communications team to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement.
  • Guide Enterprise Coordination: Champion cross-functional collaboration and break down organizational silos to enable faster, more cohesive execution of change.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience); advanced certifications (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, Prosci) preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, high-performing change teams across multiple disciplines (e.g., project management, business analysis, PMO).
  • Strong executive presence, with a proven track record of setting direction, demanding high standards, and delivering business-critical outcomes.
  • Experience building inclusive, high-accountability teams that consistently deliver under pressure.
  • Expertise in coaching and developing leaders, driving team performance, and building succession pipelines.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, crafting clarity of direction in evolving environments.
  • Deep expertise across delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and the ability to tailor approaches to business needs.
  • Strong risk stewardship and governance skills within large, complex delivery portfolios.
  • Sharp commercial acumen and a clear understanding of how transformation drives business value in the insurance or financial services sectors.
  • Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams around enterprise priorities.
  • Confident decision-making skills with the ability to make trade-offs under time, cost, and scope pressures.
