Finance Manager

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Finance Manager to join our client's team and play a critical role in financial reporting, forecasting, tax strategy, and special project initiatives. What You Will Be Doing:

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and enhance monthly management reports and financial packages
• Conduct budget-to-actual variance analysis
• Support management and private equity partners with ad hoc financial and operational reporting

Forecasting & Analysis:

• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to support hedging strategies and hedge effectiveness assessments
• Maintain the five-year cash flow forecast to support goodwill and intangible asset impairment testing
• Collaborate with FP&A and project teams to support project profitability analysis

Tax & Transfer Pricing:

• Maintain and update transfer pricing schedules
• Work closely with external tax advisors on annual transfer pricing studies, reports, and investment tax credit filings

Special Projects & Initiatives:

• Lead post-acquisition integration initiatives
• Drive automation projects to streamline financial reporting and processes

Audit Support:

• Collaborate with the Accounting team to support the annual audit process
• Ensure project costs are appropriately captured and documented

What We Need From You:

• CPA designation or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Calendar
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical skills and industry knowledge
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present insights to senior stakeholders
