The Opportunity
Leavitt Machinery is looking for a driven Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Surrey, British Columbia. As the Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative, you will be joining our inbound sales team, and will be given the opportunity to develop into an outbound sales role within one year. The successful candidate will learn industry-leading sales techniques, allowing them to progress their sales career within our organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage inbound leads and provide customer service to existing customers
- Understand customer needs, educate them on options, and offer solutions
- Manage customer relations through the entire sales cycle
- Identify new business through prospecting and cold calls
- Lead quarterly trips to key customers and prospects in your territory
- Acquire product knowledge on all types of material handling equipment
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- Post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous customer service experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- A willingness to continuously learn and grow
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

The base pay for this role is: $45,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission. OTE in the first year is approximately $60,000-$65,000.
This is an onsite role based in Surrey, British Columbia.
