As a Manager, Talent Attraction oversees all aspects of bringing great talent to Prospera including leading, supporting and coaching our Talent Attraction Specialists and overseeing the full cycle recruitment process to ensure hiring managers and candidates have an amazing experience. In collaboration with the Director, Talent & People Experience, the manager contributes to the creation of Talent Attraction strategy and is responsible for execution of deliverables within it including important work related to employer branding, talent pipelining and DEI. In addition, this role also carries out carries out full cycle recruitment for senior and leadership roles.

What You’ll Do

  • Provides support, coaching and development to Talent Attraction team members.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders within People Experience to facilitate a great hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Leads the full cycle recruitment process for professional and senior level roles
  • Coordinates the FTE management process in collaboration with senior leaders in Finance, People Experience, and the Lines of Business.
  • Holds team accountable to meeting Service Level Agreements and success in key performance indicators. Contributes to quarterly governance reporting on Talent Attraction performance and labour market insights
  • Develops and maintains relationships with third parties including vendors, recruitment search firms/agencies and manages related budget
  • Delivers on the execution of talent focus areas including Employer Branding (EVP), Inclusive Hiring, and talent pipelining.
  • Partners and coaches hiring leaders in making decisions regarding selection criteria and decisions

What You Bring

  • 5 - 8 years’ experience carrying out the full cycle recruitment process with experience of recruiting for professional and senior level roles.
  • 2+ years' experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports. A passion for coaching and developing others is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally engage with senior leaders and foster collaborative working relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including solid coaching capabilities, and the ability to provide clear direction to individuals.
  • Ability to influence and coach hiring managers on the business impact of talent attraction initiatives

  • Prospera offers a total compensation package of base salary plus incentives that is market competitive and reviewed annually. Our expected starting salary for this role is $100,000 to $112,000 based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity.
