Introduction
Oracle Record-to-Report (R2R) is a set of integrated business processes within the Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP system that encompasses the entire accounting cycle from recording financial transactions to producing financial reports.
As an Oracle Record-to-Report (R2R) consultant, your role revolves around configuring, implementing, and optimizing the R2R processes within Oracle ERP systems.

Your Role And Responsibilities
An R2R functional consultant should have a strong background in:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules relevant to R2R processes, including General Ledger (including Allocations and Elimination rules), Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Cash Management.
- Good to have knowledge on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Oracle fusion knowledge on Roles, privileges etc.
- Reporting skills in OTBI, BIP, FRS
- Agile framework
- Business process improvement
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Strong analytical skills
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud Financials
- Strong expertise in AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management processes, including invoicing, payment processing, asset management, and Cash management.
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) certification in Oracle Financials is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
