Description
- Overseeing all stages of project life cycles from initial planning to completion.
- Managing project budgets and ensuring financial efficiency.
- Coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Preparing and presenting project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Profile
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects, specifically ground up new build retail structures and car dealerships.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
