Job Description

Some of what you will do:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic SMB Membership and Channel Engagement Manager to oversee our customer growth strategies while driving collaboration within our organization for the Small Business Membership program. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of optimizing internal and external channels to achieve organizational goals. This role is pivotal in driving our acceleration plans of creating value for our customers and driving sales and revenue. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy for our membership program to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.

Specifically, You Will

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives to enhance SMB customer engagement across all interaction points, including Sales Teams, Retail Stores, Print and Wireless Services, Online Platforms, and third-party credit programs.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment among internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead the coordination and oversight of all channels to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to channel management.
  • Focus on leveraging data analysis to optimize channels and drive continuous improvement aligned with business goals.
  • Drive the strategy for our free and paid membership programs, aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and engagement.
  • Utilize data analysis and market insights to identify opportunities for optimizing the membership program and increasing its effectiveness.
  • Driving existing and new third-party partnerships to rapidly expand the SMB membership base.

Some Of What You Need

  • Post secondary degree/diploma with a focus in business, retail management or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of best practices in the loyalty and membership industry.
  • Proven track record of analysis, interpretation and action aligned with business priorities and vision.
  • Detail-oriented individual with experience developing, coordinating and executing strategic initiatives to drive sales activity.
  • Knowledge of program management software including Confluence and Jira.
  • Consumer Insight and Judgment.
  • Proven track record of optimizing both internal and external channels to achieve organizational goals.
  • Experience in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Tools.
