Supervise reliability maintenance employees: ex: oilers, machinists, vibration technicians (Millwrights)
- Monitor equipment performance through data analysis, identify recurring failures and potential reliability issues
- Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the mill’s maintenance goals
- Implementing corrective actions to address identified reliability problems
- Conducting root cause analysis to prevent future equipment failures
- Establishes overall maintenance goals and general actions plans to achieve goals within budget
- Evaluate job priorities, plans and organize maintenance work.
- Responsible for maintenance programs such as lubrication, predictive analysis, basic care
- Responsible for Shutdown preparation and execution of maintenance
