About The Role
Career Staffing Talent (CST) is working with a national fire safety company to hire a driven Project Sales Executive with experience in fire alarm systems and the construction industry. In this role, you’ll lead business development efforts, manage key client relationships, and collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality fire protection solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a sales background in fire protection (must have alarm experience) who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

In this role, you’ll lead business development efforts, manage key client relationships, and collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality fire protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the fire alarm market
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, and property managers
- Prepare project proposals, estimates, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements
- Serve as a primary contact for client communications and support
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales activity reports
- 3–5+ years of sales experience in fire protection alarm or related industries
- Strong knowledge of alarm systems, codes, and regulations
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; design software a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (preferred)
