Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and update all marketing materials; sales sheets, presentations, website, social media as needed.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising & website
- Plan meetings and tradeshows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating material and equipment requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and executing a complete plan for each show.
- Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of all marketing activities.
- Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions. Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and coordinate all photo and video shoots for product support materials such as operational, cleaning or sales materials.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Execute project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all re- sources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
- Provide support for marketing and sales team as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Social Media platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and creative drive.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience with website management and social media marketing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM software a plus.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing, business or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience with website management and social media marketing is a plus.
