Job Summary

Nieco is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for Marketing functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized and proactive. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-respected company and gain valuable experience in the marketing and sales fields.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Create and update all marketing materials; sales sheets, presentations, website, social media as needed.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising & website
  • Plan meetings and tradeshows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating material and equipment requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and executing a complete plan for each show.
  • Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of all marketing activities.
  • Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions. Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and coordinate all photo and video shoots for product support materials such as operational, cleaning or sales materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Execute project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all re- sources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
  • Provide support for marketing and sales team as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Social Media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and creative drive.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience with website management and social media marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM software a plus.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing, business or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

Skills/Abilities
