What You'll Need

Mandatory Requirements

  • Post-Secondary degree in Computer Science, software development, or management information systems
  • Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management certification
  • Experience using Allscripts or Altera dbMotion
  • Experience with HL7 standard

Experience

  • 10 years’ experience in a Systems Analysis role working to collect and understand functional and nonfunctional (technical) requirements from multiple stakeholders
  • 9 years’ experience implementing clinical systems in a healthcare environment. Experience should include planning, leading the team and eliciting and documenting requirements, translating them into specifications, and testing the end solution
  • 4 years’ experience implementing healthcare portal solutions designed to support primary care clinics and client enrollment
  • 6 years’ experience in a project management or project team lead role with duties including coordinating implementations, managing timelines, and developing plans
  • 7 years’ experience implementing the Allscripts or Altera dbMotion platform in a healthcare environment
  • 7 years’ experience performing data analysis and migration of patient data from several healthcare information systems into one consolidated electronic record. Experience should include integration of records using the HL7 standard
