Location: Saskatoon
Work Schedule: Weekend Shift, Friday-Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30pm.

Role: Body Build Welder
Location: Saskatoon
Work Schedule: Weekend Shift, Friday-Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Weld and fabricate conversion components such as floors, walls, doors, bumpers, compartments, running boards, and powder-coated parts
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders accurately
- Buff, sand, and grind welded or fabricated parts to meet finish specifications
- Ensure that all work meets Crestline’s quality and ISO standards
- Work closely with the Team Lead and Production team to meet on-time delivery goals
- Support safety practices and participate in team-based initiatives and training
- Participate in quality assurance checks and contribute to a clean, organized work environment
- Experience in MIG and TIG welding (aluminum experience is an asset)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measures to 1/32” tolerance
- Familiarity with operating fabrication equipment (e.g., ironworker, saw, shear, forklift) is an asset
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, quality measurements, and production expectations
- Proven ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Physically able to:
- Stand for more than 8 hours per shift
- Lift 25–50 lbs and push/pull static loads
- Reach overhead or forward at full arm's length for extended periods
- Work in restricted spaces, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders/stairs repeatedly
