Under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor and in collaboration with a team of maintenance specialists, you will be responsible for analyzing laboratory results, providing customer support, recommending corrective actions, and supporting the sales of products and services as well as administrative processes. You will actively participate in managing and developing the oil analysis program by proposing tailored solutions to optimize your clients’ equipment performance. You will deliver training sessions, both within companies and to public groups, while enhancing your technical skills to broaden the range of industrial services offered.

What You Bring To The Table

Audits and Analyses

  • Conduct audits of lubricant analysis programs to evaluate their effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Actively participate in oil analysis programs, including: process implementation, data analysis and report generation, on-site sampling at client locations, and equipment modifications to optimize performance.

Training and Technical Support

  • Develop and deliver tailored training sessions based on client needs, either within the company or in public sessions.
  • Train and assist clients in using the Spartakus platform.

Collaboration with Technical Teams

  • Support vibration analysis specialists by sharing diagnostics and collaborating on technical solutions.

Sales and Administrative Support

  • Assist the sales team in promoting services and products related to equipment reliability.
  • Support the administrative team in the various stages, from sample reception to invoicing.

Essential Skills And Qualifications To Be Successful

  • Professional Diploma (DEP) in industrial mechanics or electromechanics, College Diploma (DEC) or recognition of equivalent expertise.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial environment (mechanical and maintenance).
  • Written and verbal communication skills in French.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English will be considered an asset.

WORK LOCATION: Kirkland, QC (This position requires travel, primarily within Quebec, as well as in Eastern Canada and the United States. You must be available to travel up to 50% of your working time.)
