Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff and management
- Coordinate and manage calendars for multiple team members
- Arrange and confirm meeting locations and necessary resources
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth scheduling
- Update and maintain scheduling software and tools
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and adjusting appointments as needed
- Prepare and distribute scheduling reports as required
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to improve scheduling processes
- Proven experience as a Scheduler or in a similar role
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using scheduling software and tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Reviewing and managing appointment requests
- Coordinating with team members to schedule meetings and events
- Communicating with staff and stakeholders to confirm appointments and logistics
- Updating and maintaining scheduling systems
- Resolving scheduling conflicts and adjusting appointments as needed
- Generating scheduling reports and providing support to improve scheduling processes
