Ready to bring your best?Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor provides effective leadership, supervision and direction of Warehouse Operations; ensures the safe, efficient and effective operation of the warehousing functions, and ensures the accurate and timely picking, loading and delivery of customer orders.

Advantageous discounts on Saputo productsOn-site physiotherapyHow you will make contributions that matter:Provides leadership, direction and guidance to warehouse personnel.Supervision, motivation and evaluation of Warehouse personnel.Plans and implements the efficient and effective utilization of manpower, equipment and resources.Plans and implements effective orientation and training for warehouse personnel.Ensures that safe conditions always exist within the work environment; takes appropriate and effective measures to provide for the health and safety of employees.Develops and fosters strong and effective functional and cross-functional teamsEnsures the efficient and effective operation of the Warehouse with a view to ensuring that each customer’s needs are met.Prepares and completes communication reports, measurement reports, schedules, forms and other documentation as required and in a timely fashion.Administration of the Collective Agreement and Company Policies and Procedures.Assists with preparation of department budget, monitors and controls costs.Ensures security of materials and products.Facilitates training and the application of the Warehouse Management System.Undertakes other functions as required.You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.Post-Secondary education in Logistics, business, transportation or warehousing preferred.Knowledge of Logistics, business, transportation or warehousing an asset.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Sound communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and analytical skills and a strong team orientation.High level of self-motivation and initiative.This year, Saputo is celebrating 70 years of passion and craftsmanship!
