We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Driver/Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, including receiving, processing, and dispatching goods. This position requires a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do Here
Location: Delta, BC
Rate: $22.57 to $27.69 per hour
Overtime: per collective agreement
Schedule: 5x2, 10's
Allowances: N/A, Local Only

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Driver/Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, including receiving, processing, and dispatching goods. This position requires a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do Here
- Operate a delivery vehicle (car, truck, van) safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Plan and follow routes efficiently, using GPS or other navigation tools, while considering traffic and weather conditions.
- Load and unload packages, boxes, or goods from the delivery vehicle, ensuring they are secure during transport.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, such as signed receipts or delivery logs.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, organize, and store items in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve warehouse operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, delivery, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for overtime as needed.
- Forklift license considered an asset.
