The Head Office & Retail Support Administrator serves as the first point of contact for both head office visitors and retail store operations, ensuring smooth communication and administrative efficiency across both areas. This role balances front desk responsibilities, such as greeting guests, managing calls, and handling correspondence, with retail support duties, including inventory coordination, sales administration, and assisting with operational tasks.
Compensation: $22.95/hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays 8:30am-5pm

As a Head Office & Retail Support Administrator, you will
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, customers, and employees.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Receive packages
- Assisting with store-level administrative tasks such as processing refunds and other administrative tasks as assigned by Retail Admin Supervisors and Manager
- Working in an administrative/customer service role
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience managing customer conflict and escalation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Administrative Skills – You handle tasks efficiently and manage office operations with precision
