Position Overview:
The Medical Education Associate is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of medical education programs and initiatives. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality educational materials and programs are delivered in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of medical education programs, including workshops, webinars, and conferences.
- Develop and maintain educational content, such as presentations, training modules, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with medical experts and internal teams to identify educational needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Support the management of budgets, timelines, and resources for education programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of medical education initiatives by collecting and analyzing feedback and metrics.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to best practices in medical education.
- Serve as a point of contact for medical education inquiries and provide support to faculty and participants as needed.
- Stay updated on trends and advancements in medical education and healthcare to inform program development.
Qualifications:
- Accredited training in respiratory therapy or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in medical education, healthcare, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with diverse stakeholders.
- Up to 30% travel especially to the US and possibly global as needed.
