- Conducting yard work such as mowing and debris removal
- Operating a range of site vehicles and equipment, from water trucks to mowers
- Assisting with general office upkeep, including basic repairs and janitorial tasks

- Help with tasks such as sorting, cleaning carts, warehouse cleaning, stacking pallets, and operating equipment (e.g., cardboard compactor).
- Assist with site work such as yard maintenance, and minor repairs if necessary.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be physically fit to work in an outdoor environment.
- Must be able to walk, bend, reach, and lift regularly.
- Ability to manually push/move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Safety-Sensitive Position: Will require completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
- Work will be performed primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity.
- Work Environment: Exposure to loud noise, moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles.
