Summary Of The Role
- Working in partnership with major business clients
- Being the primary contact on systems
- Participating in product information and costing
- Managing projects as related to products and working with the account
- Providing support to the client on all matters related to product, delivery, quality, etc.
- Collaborating with the supply chain department on forecasting demand planning
- Performing additional responsibilities as related to account management
- At least 2 years of experience managing client accounts
- Experience in a B2B environment – a strong asset for this role
- Excellent bilingual communication skills to support client accounts in the USA
- Strong computer skills in Excel – required
- Experience working with ERP systems is a strong asset
- Very good interpersonal skills, ability to be resourceful in problem-solving, react quickly and find solutions, demonstrate effective communication to build and strengthen client relationships
