Position: Customer Service Representative, Sales Support, Manufacturing Company, Custom Products

Location: Laval, Chomedey District

Salary: Starting at $50,000 per year or more, depending on experience and training

Type of Position: Permanent

Work Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, finish at 3 PM on Fridays!

• 40-hour work week, day shift, Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM
• Salary to be discussed based on experience, starting at $50,000 per year or more!
• One day of remote work per week possible after the training period
• 2 or 3 weeks of vacation, negotiable based on experience
• Holiday break, company closed

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails
• Provide technical information on the company’s custom products
• Prepare quotes
• Collaborate with distributors and manufacturing agents
• Create quotes by calculating product measurements and quantities from simple plans
• Track orders, enter them into the system
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics
  
  
  

Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, experience with an ERP system is a strong asset
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, in customer service in a manufacturing, construction, or related environment
• Fully bilingual to serve clients outside Quebec, 80% of the clientele is in the United States
