RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email and customer visits
  • Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment
  • Provide support to a team of sales reps, both inside and outside sales efforts
  • Coordinate with sales representatives and respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems
  • Train with tenure sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships
  • Entry level sales/sales assistant with the goal of promotion into 100% sales within 9-12 months, potentially sooner

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior customer service experience is required
  • Prior inside sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to continually learn about bisco industries, our customers and the industry
  • Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school or other activities
  • History of persistence or commitment to school, work or the community
  • You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid drivers license
  • Must be able to pass a background check

RESPONSABILITS:

  • Assurer un excellent service aux clients par tlphone, e-mail et visites avec eux
  • Maintenir des registres prcis et un environnement de travail organis
  • Soutenir une quipe de reprsentants avec ses efforts de ventes sdentaires et l'extrieur
  • Coordonner avec les reprsentants et rpondre rapidement aux besoins, demandes et problmes avec leurs clients
  • Travailler avec des reprsentants commerciaux permanents pour apprendre obtenir de nouvelles affaires et tablir des relations de travail professionnelles
  • Reprsentant dbutant qui poursuit lobjectif de passer 100 % des ventes dans 9 12 mois, potentiellement plus tt

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Une exprience pralable en service client est requise
  • Bilingue en franais et en anglais. ****
  • Une exprience pralable en vente sdentaire est un avantage
  • Comptences fortes en communication, crite et verbale
  • Envie dapprendre continuellement les affaires de bisco industries, nos clients et lindustrie dans laquelle nous dirigeons
  • Preuve des performances russies et leves au travail, lcole ou dans dautres activits
  • Historique de persvrance ou dengagement lcole, au travail ou dans la communaut
  • Vous devez tre citoyen canadien ou rsident permanent avec un permis de conduire valide
