Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work across disciplines, invest time in understanding issues, and identify potential solutions. Your role will be pivotal in developing, planning, and delivering scopes of work in a high paced environment, while fostering collaboration and communication with stakeholders.


  • Consult with stakeholder groups to develop project cost and schedule baselines for multiple projects proceeding into design & construction.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports.
  • Forecast annual work programs through the development of capital and maintenance cost and schedule baselines.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective sharing of information and project updates.
  • Provide consultation and support in addressing budget, schedule, and resource constraints that maximize the inclusion of high priority projects and programs.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations related to requirements gathering, scope definition, scope delivery, and project close-out.
  • Consult with stakeholder groups to address ongoing changes to annual work programs that result from emerging issues, while managing resource and budget constraints.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks that impact the successful delivery of annual capital and maintenance work programs.
  • Address annual work program adjustments in collaboration with the engineering and operations teams to ensure resource utilization is optimized, while meeting budget, schedule, and key stakeholder obligations.
  • Attend design and construction review meetings and take required actions to resolve identified issues and risks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Must be willing to travel to client sites located in the GTA up to 2 days per week.


  • Post-secondary degree in engineering, technology, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of Project and/or Program Management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation required.
  • General knowledge of electrical distribution system design, construction, maintenance, system operations, and risk management principles.
  • General knowledge of mechanical system design, construction, maintenance, system operations, and risk management principles.
  • Highly proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project, Access, Excel, and Visio.
  • Solid understanding of Project/Program Management concepts and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an asset.
  • Familiar with financial processes for estimating, budgeting, forecasting.
