Description

  • Manage and maintain operational technology systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement technology solutions that support operational goals.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for technological improvements.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for operational technology systems and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.

Profile

A successful Senior Bilingual Telephony Analyst should have:

  • Experience managing and maintaining operational technology systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A background in technology within the property industry is an asset.

Job Offer

  • Permanent position with a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 CAD.
  • 10% bonus structure.
  • 3 weeks of vacation, 5 sick days, and 10 flexible days annually.
