We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented

Sales & Administration Support to join our team in Bridgewater, NS. In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our sales operations running smoothly by supporting the sales team, coordinating vehicle inventory, managing documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Sales and Sales Management teams with day-to-day administrative needs.
• Coordinate vehicle inventory, ordering, and stock management.
• Process paperwork related to vehicle sales and acquisitions.
• Maintain accurate vehicle and fleet inventory records.
• Complete sales reporting and auditing.
• Maintain and update the vehicle inventory database.
• Provide exceptional support to internal and external customers.

Who You Are

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Administrative experience and/or applicable education.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• A willingness to take initiative and find solutions.
