IBM Technology Developer

Developer with extensive experience in the IBM technology stack and a strong understanding of AI tools and practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in IBM MDM, and BPM Workflows, and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation. Required Skills

• Hands-on expertise in IBM MDM (Master Data Management) for managing and governing enterprise data.
• Experience in developing and automating BPM Workflows to streamline business processes.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, with the ability to develop reusable AI prompts and solutions to improve team productivity.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, debugging, and troubleshooting within the IBM ecosystem.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to create technical designs and documentation for assigned user stories and projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with IBM Sterling FileX or equivalent for secure and reliable file transfer solutions.
• Familiarity with IBM Filenet or equivalent for enterprise content management and document management solutions.
• Knowledge of additional AI and machine learning frameworks or tools that can be integrated into IBM solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially IBM Cloud or AWS, and deployment automation.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines within IBM technology projects.
• Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical teams.
